Antipaxos is a must for everyone who visits the Paxoi Islands because of the world famous sandy beaches and crystal clear turquoise coloured waters.

But since Antipaxos has no infrastructure, every visitor must come by boat in the morning and leave the island in the afternoon. Along with the people leaving on the last boat, the beach-tavernas/bars also close down and a coat of total serenity embraces the island, long before the night falls.

Especially in the vibrant summer, this magic moment in the evening sun turn this beach into a paradise hard to find elsewhere. But the only way to experience these mesmerizing hours is to stay on the island over night and the options are down to this one luxurious villa only.

Purged up on the hill, the comfortable 2-bedroom villa offers such ample outdoor space and cooking/dining facilities that you are unlikely to enter the house until bedtime. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area suitable for all meals, sun loungers around the 8 x 5 m pool and a cosy lounge to enjoy the silence and starry sky at night. Indoors, a modern open-plan sitting-room, dining area and kitchen leads to 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with two singles that can be joined together).

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and all rooms have air conditioning as well as Mosquito screens on all windows.

The owner of the villa runs the taverna by the beach and comes to the island every morning. He will bring along any shopping you might have ordered the night before and he is on the island all day in case you need him. A wonderful footpath takes you down to the beach (approximately 20 minutes), but you can also chose between a Jeep or 2 Quad-Bikes (fuel not included) and a small boat (boat at additional charge but no license required) for your comfort. In case you don’t feel comfortable driving a boat yourself, transfers by speedboat can be arranged at prior notice or you can take the regular boats during the day. 2 kayaks are also at your disposal to discover the island with it’s stunningly beautiful sandy beaches.

Service: Maid service every day and change of linen and towel is three times weekly, but additional services including a private chef can be arranged at additional charge. In the basement of the villa is an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom ideal for live-in staff you might want on stand-by (otherwise it is not used).
